We are working in partnership with a prestigious regional law firm with a strong national presence, currently seeking a talented Business Support Office Manager to join their London office. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the lead on the operational delivery of a high-profile City office and client suite, ensuring it runs seamlessly and to the highest standard.
This is a key role in the business, combining first-class facilities and office management with the highest standards of client service. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, representing both the firm and its commitment to operational excellence - a pivotal presence in an environment where presentation, professionalism and precision matter.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the London office, including line management of client suite and central support staff
- Ensuring a consistently outstanding client experience in the firm’s prestigious client suite
- Overseeing all facilities-related functions - from supplier and contractor management, to IT coordination, procurement and post-room operations
- Taking responsibility for compliance with health and safety legislation and the firm’s own risk and compliance procedures
- Working closely with national business support teams to ensure consistency and excellence across the firm’s offices
