Sales Assistant – London (Full-Time Equivalent)

Our London-based client has immediate Entry Level Sales Assistant opportunities available, suitable for individuals with or without previous experience. Working on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face retail & event campaigns, successful individuals will have access to client training opportunities and invitations to daily upskilling sessions designed to help develop communication, customer service and sales skills from day one
?This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience while building their confidence within a customer-facing sales environment.

?The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong English speaking and writing skills for effective communication with customers and the client
- Confidence communicating with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK and full-time equivalent availability (minimum 5 full working days per week, Mon-Sat)
The Role & What To Expect:
- Represent non-profit client campaigns through face-to-face event-based environments
- Provide clear and professional product information while delivering excellent customer service
- Brand Awareness Fee (earnings paid to you for each full day you represent a client), plus commission and performance-based incentives
- Earn performance-based incentives linked to results and campaign targets
- Receive recognition for achievements and contribution to company and campaign success
- Be part of a supportive environment with regular social events, networking opportunities, and team activities
- High performers may be invited to UK and international trips, R&R experiences, and additional recognition events
