As a Sales Assistant, you will be representing recognised non-profit brands through face-to-face residential campaigns across the Southampton area.

Strong English communication skills are essential due to the nature of the role.

Full-time equivalent availability (4/5 full working days per week).

Additional financial incentives and recognition opportunities may be available based on individual and team performance.

Weekly social nights and activities , such as bowling, dinners, BBQs and pub nights, may be available when targets are achieved.

Growth

Opportunities: Opportunities may become available to support client training and daily upskilling sessions as experience grows.

Financial

Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day) , where applicable, plus commission.

Earnings are paid weekly.

Travel

Opportunities: Top performers may be invited to networking experiences, annual R&Rs and recognition events, including national and international travel opportunities.

Immediate Start Availability.

In this subcontracted role, earnings opportunities consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable) , commission and financial incentives.

Invitations to attend client training and daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, helping individuals broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment.

Represent recognised non-profit brands through face-to-face customer engagement.

Travel to various residential campaign locations and provide feedback from customer interactions.

They welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those with experience in sales, marketing, field sales, event assistant, retail, call centre, bartender, hospitality, marketing assistant, warehouse, shop assistant, care assistant, customer service advisor, and any other customer relations or sales role.
