Our client is looking for people to join their busy Birmingham office due to huge client demand. They are currently expanding, and have had roles become available full time within their fun and lively event campaigns team, in the sales and customer service sector.

What you will be doing:

  • You will meet customers face to face, gauge their interest in a product or service, give a comprehensive explanation about the brand and product and service, with the main aim to get customers signed up and onboarded.
  • You will take customers through the sales process.
  • You will provide an excellent customer experience and customer service.
  • You will be expected to attend meetings and get involved in the supportive and inclusive company culture our client tries to facilitate.

Candidates must:

  • Be great at working with customers.
  • Be 18 or over.
  • Enjoy working in a team.
  • Be able to work the equivalent of full time hours.
  • Want to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Be willing and able to commute to and work within the Birmingham area.
  • Have strong English speaking and writing skills essential to communicate effectively with customers and our client due to the nature of the role.
