Sales Associate – Entry Level (Immediate starts available) – Nottingham City Centre Hoping to find a role offering fantastic opportunities for progression, but don\’t have much experience Looking to start your career with a dynamic and forward thinking team Our client is currently on the lookout for young and ambitious Sales and Customer Service Associates to join their busy office, due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion, and have roles available within their fun and lively event team in the sales and marketing sector. If you consider yourself a driven individual, are over the age of eighteen, have excellent English communication skills, and want to progress within this fast-paced sales and customer service environment, then our client wants to hear from you! Candidates must; Have a passion for delivering fantastic customer service. Be able to work well in a team. Possess fluent English speaking skills, as you will be speaking with customers in face-to-face event environments. Have full-time equivalent availability. (4-5 full days a week between Mon-Sat) Be able to commute to Nottingham City Centre on a daily basis. Our client is offering coaching for all applicants to mentor them in all aspects of their clients and customers so a lack of experience won\’t hold you back. Full product training and direct sales coaching will be provided, to help you thrive within event environments. Our client offers a day rate as well as a commissions pay structure, which could have you earning on average between £24k – £30k per annum! Our client offers a flexible schedule and financial bonuses and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets. Even though no experience is needed for these roles, people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self-employed role: Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, Administrators – however, all possessing high levels of customer service and an excellent work ethic. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students.
