Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Assistant - Central Maidstone. Immediate Starts Available (Full-Time Equivalent Opportunity).

Based in Maidstone, our client's well-established sales and marketing company is currently recruiting enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Assistants due to continued expansion and increasing client demand.

Please Note: This opportunity is only suitable for candidates who are eligible to work in the UK and have Full-Time Equivalent Availability (4–5 full working days per week).

What You'll Receive:

• A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and performance incentives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer engagement within residential campaigns across the Kent area.
• Support customer acquisition activities while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Engage with members of the public, providing information about products and services.
• Attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members within a customer-facing environment.

Why: If you have a background in any of the mentioned areas then you will already have developed a great work ethic and some great sales, customer service skills. This opportunity is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university) or current international students.
