Entry Level Customer Sales Advisor – Brighton

Immediate Starts Available (Full-Time Equivalent Availability)

Are you seeking a new career opportunity? Our client's well-established sales and marketing company, based in Central Brighton, is continuing to grow and is looking to expand its team. Working on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations, successful individuals will support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential environments throughout the Brighton area.

Client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals with or without previous experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week, Monday–Saturday).
  • Supporting customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Brand representation on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations.
  • Delivering a professional customer experience.

Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives.

Client Training: Opportunities to attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions focused on communication, customer engagement and brand representation. Additional financial incentives, networking experiences and recognition events may be available based on performance.
