Kickstart Your Sales Career: Entry Level Sales Assistant No Experience Required - Full Client Training & Ongoing Upskilling - Central Colchester Looking to build new skills, meet new people and earn while you learn Our client, a thriving company in field sales and marketing, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join their vibrant team in Colchester! No experience No problem. Our client provides full client training, ongoing support and invitations to daily upskilling sessions from day one. No two days are exactly the same. You'll meet new people, work alongside a supportive team and build confidence through real customer interactions. You'll represent recognised non-profit clients across a mix of residential and event-based campaigns, including residential areas, retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall settings. Key Attributes: A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week). Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. A strong desire to learn and succeed. A team player with a strong work ethic. No previous sales experience is required . Successful candidates have previously come from customer-facing backgrounds including retail, front of house, customer service, waiting staff, hospitality, call centres and other people-focused roles. Build practical sales, communication and customer engagement skills through varied day-to-day interactions. This is a subcontracted opportunity, with earnings consisting of commission, a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), and performance incentives that may be available.
