Based in Slade Green, our client is a fast-paced sales and marketing company that represents some of the most well-known brands in the country. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to develop their sales team with forward-thinking individuals who have a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • No experience required; however, experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, warehouse or other face-to-face customer-focused roles is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences
  • Full-time equivalent availability, 4–5 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

This role is not suitable for students or international students due to the full-time commitment required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
  • Build strong connections with customers, increase brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences
  • Showcase strong product and brand knowledge while offering personalised recommendations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
  • Work within face-to-face sales campaigns, including residential environments, representing clients professionally and confidently

No experience is required, as full training and development programmes are provided from day one. This opportunity operates on a self-employed, sub-contracted basis, with earnings based on commission. With access to ongoing support and mentoring from experienced professionals, you'll have the tools needed to succeed in this face-to-face field sales role.

This role is based in Slade Green, and successful candidates must be willing and able to commute to this location each working day. This role is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university) or international students, as our client requires individuals who are available for 4–5 full days per week.
