Our client, a thriving company in field sales and marketing, is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Sales Assistants to join their vibrant self-employed team in Maidstone! What you\’ll be doing:

As a Customer Sales Assistant, you\’ll be connecting with potential customers face-to-face in residential environments, understanding their needs, providing customer service, and presenting your client\’s services in an engaging way. You\’ll build rapport, answer questions, and ultimately drive sales so you can maximise their commission-based pay structure.

Requirements:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Full-time commitment, (4/5 days a week Mon-Sat)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.

No previous sales experience is required; our client is looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. This role is offered on a subcontracted basis. While full training is provided, successful candidates often come from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, customer service, support work, hospitality, and call centres, or have experience as graduates and care workers.

Due to the location of this role, daily commuting to Maidstone is essential.
