Looking to build new skills, meet new people and start something new? Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in Leicester, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join their expanding team! No experience? No problem. You'll have access to training, ongoing coaching, one-to-one support and guidance from experienced individuals to help you build your confidence and develop your skills from the start.

No two days are exactly the same. You'll meet new people, work alongside a supportive team and gain hands-on experience through real customer interactions every day. Working across residential campaigns throughout Leicester, you'll have plenty of opportunities to strengthen your communication, customer service and sales skills.

Key Attributes:

  • Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Successful candidates have previously come from customer-facing backgrounds including retail, front of house, customer service, waiting staff, hospitality, call centres and other people-focused roles.
