Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis. No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What You'll Be Doing You'll represent recognised brands through face-to-face residential (D2D), event and B2B campaigns across Manchester, including: Engaging with potential customers and building positive relationships through face-to-face campaigns. Representing client brands professionally and delivering a great customer experience. Presenting products and services clearly and answering customer questions. Working towards sales goals while developing your communication and customer service skills.
What They're Looking For Availability:

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking face-to-face. Attitude:

Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed but not essential.
What You'll Receive Immediate starts available. Full client and product training from day one. Ongoing coaching and development in sales, communication and customer service. Uncapped commission-based earnings, paid weekly, with additional performance incentives. Regular team socials, activities and company events.
