Our client, an established sales and marketing company based in Central London, is looking for motivated individuals to join their growing events division. Representing recognised non-profit organisations, they deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations.
No previous sales experience is required. Instead, our client is looking for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude and genuine motivation to learn, gain experience and continuously upskill themselves.
Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and commit to something long term.
What They're Looking For
Strong spoken and written English communication skills .
Confidence engaging and building rapport with customers face-to-face.
A motivated, reliable and proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
A desire to gain practical experience and continuously develop your skills.
Confidence working within busy, customer-facing environments.
Full-Time Equivalent availability of 5 full days per week.

Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (a daily fee paid by the client for participating in designated full-day brand promotion activities, where applicable) , plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Earnings are settled weekly.
