Real Estate Finance – Core+ Valuations & Analytics, Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

The Analyst will join the London-based Real Estate Finance Core+ team, focusing on investment and fund valuations, management analytics, and investor reporting for Blackstone’s European Core+ funds, including BPPE and BEPIF. Responsibilities include managing valuation processes, analyzing portfolio performance, coordinating with internal teams, supporting portfolio companies, and participating in automation projects.

Qualifications

We seek motivated, team-oriented individuals with excellent judgment and a track record of excellence. Requirements include:

• +4 years relevant experience in finance or real estate.
• A degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant qualification and CFA are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, disciplined work ethic, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
