Primary job responsibilities will include:
- Support the development of domestic and international structures/solutions mindful of appropriate regulatory frameworks and constraints.
- Research regulatory developments and competitive landscapes across alternative asset classes, strategy types and product structures to help identify scale opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the global GPS team, Blackstone’s investment businesses and PW business functions to support the creation of new products designed to fit clients’ portfolio needs.
- Work across PW business functions in supporting product initiatives such as Marketing, Sales, Legal and Investor Services.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting or wealth management.
- Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills.
- Desire to work in a team environment across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, articulate and ability to effectively understand and convey complex concepts.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies and the relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Foreign language skills (e.g., French) a plus, but not required.
