Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Job Description:
- Project manager tasked with onboarding funds with new / existing clients and driving strategic initiatives across Private Wealth
- Collaborate with team leads on all aspects of onboarding open–ended and closed-end fund offerings
- Oversee and co-ordinate approval of distributors between distributor and internal compliance / AML teams
- Review and respond appropriately to internal and external client onboarding inquiries across all funds and asset classes
- Assist in collecting relevant data and documents required for onboarding
- Contribute, support and learn from ongoing projects across EMEA, e.g., entering new regions and new product lines
- Provide support on operational client queries across closed-ended and open-ended funds
- Work with European, US & APAC business units across BX to ensure best practice for Private Wealth’s International client & investor services team

Qualifications:
- Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
- The successful candidate must have:
- 1 – 2 years of financial industry experience, with an understanding of investment funds and service providers
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with key senior stakeholders
- Awareness of contractual agreements with counterparties and negotiating processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment and effectively prioritize tasks
- Client and relationship management experience
- Fund Operations experience and knowledge of Fund Administration beneficial
- Be highly driven, proactive, analytical, have strong problem-solving skills and recommend solutions
- Ability to multi-task and ensure strong prioritization
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to think strategically managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Takes an organized and agile approach to delivering client onboards
- Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- European languages advantageous
