Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to help oversee the smooth running of our thriving nursery. The successful candidate should have strong leadership abilities and a solid knowledge of early years education. In this role, you will work closely with the team across all areas of nursery operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff, offering guidance, training, and motivation.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's development and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all health, safety, and safeguarding standards are met and maintained.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, activities, and developmental progress.
