Blackstone Private Wealth was established to meet the growing demand from highânetâworth investors for Blackstone products. Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealthâmanagement firms, the Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients, providing ongoing product and advisor support, education and training around alternatives.
Based in London, the successful candidate will work in the Global Strategic Partnerships team on all aspects of homeâoffice client relations and capital raising across the Private Wealth EMEA privateâbanking and wealthâmanagement investor base for Blackstone's closedâended and openâended funds.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively support the team in building and maintaining homeâoffice relationships with private banks and wealthâmanagement platforms across EMEA.
- Assist in dayâtoâday management of ~20-30 accounts; coordinate followâups from meetings and directly respond to investor requests during pipeline planning, due diligence and adâhoc questions.
- Lead the endâtoâend diligence process both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain prospective investor lists for specific products; work with wider team to keep content current.
- Participate in various fundârelated initiatives and salesâstrategy planning.
- Collaborate with all functional areas within Blackstone Private Wealth, including Investor Services, Marketing and Product Development, to complete projects and support product initiatives.
- Interface with BX institutional fundraising groups on new fund launches and learn about existing product suite.
- Assist the team with adâhoc research projects on new markets and prospect accounts.
- Ideal candidate will have 3â5 years of professional experience.
- Prior work experience in private equity or alternatives, asset management, investor relations and/or investment banking is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain positive and cooperative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, financial and problemâsolving skills.
- Superior organizational and timeâmanagement skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on work deliverables.
- Desire to work in a team environment, across multiple geographies while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively and strong communication, presentation and clientâservice skills.

- Ability to speak at least one other European language (French, German or Italian) is strongly preferred but not required.
