Overview: Blackstone is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Early Careers Recruiter to support hiring efforts for early careers talent across its investing and corporate groups. This role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, engaging talent through virtual and in-person events, and partnering with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with unique business needs. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to Blackstone’s early careers recruiting strategy and processes across EMEA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Talent Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and build a pipeline of early careers talent across EMEA.
- Develop creative strategies to attract candidates aligned with Blackstone’s values and business needs.
- Candidate Engagement
- Plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events to showcase Blackstone’s culture and career opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruiting process and helping them find roles suited to their skills.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers across investment and corporate groups to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Partner with HR to ensure alignment and consistency in hiring processes.
- Strategic Recruitment
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve early careers recruiting, including process enhancements, technology adoption, and leveraging data insights.
- Stay ahead of market trends to attract top talent.
- Process Management
- Oversee hiring across multiple business units, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and stakeholders.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Early Careers Program Support
- Serve as a program manager for the full-time analyst population, supporting engagement, development, and overall program coordination.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to manage the analyst development lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience at recruiter level in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, within financial or professional services.
- Experience supporting graduate, internship, or early careers hiring programs.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple business units or functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the capability to build relationships and influence effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail including experience with managing complex scheduling activities.
- Effectively assess and screen candidates based on outlined requirements and business needs.
- Strong interest in candidate engagement, process improvement, and early careers recruiting.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end processes.
- Can work effectively in uncertain or unclear situations.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
