Tactical Opportunities Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence and executing investment opportunities. This is an opportunity for a highly ambitious and extraordinary candidate who has already developed strong financial, analytical, commercial and research skills through investing, academic work, and professional experience.

Analysts will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on several assignments at one time. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, Analysts assume integral roles on deal teams and will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close.

Analyst work may include:

  • Industry and thematic research and competitive analysis
  • Financial analysis, valuation, and modelling
  • Execution of transactions (including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process)
  • Provide overall support to the investment team
