Blackstone’s Real Estate Asset Management Group (‘AM’) leads all post-acquisition investment activities. AM’s investment professionals oversee the full lifecycle of an investment, including setting business plans, identifying value creation opportunities and executing transactions to monetize an investment.
Analyst work may include:
- Modelling and presentations to support core AM activities
- Building portfolio companies to manage operational real estate
- Collaborating with portfolio company senior management to set business plans and drive performance
- Conducting market research and analysing value creation initiatives (e.g. capital expenditure projects)
- Executing transactions such as refinancings, recapitalizations and dispositions (including public IPOs and private market sales)
