The role is part of the 10‑week Summer Analyst Program designed to give interns exposure across the firm, mentorship, skill training, networking and immersion in the company culture.

Private Equity Infrastructure Investment Summer Analysts in this group work on direct acquisition of assets across various sectors, developing financial and strategic thinking skills. Analysts engage in all aspects of projects, staff multiple assignments, contribute to deal teams in development, structuring and financing of transactions, and attend internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.

Private Equity Infrastructure Asset Management Analysts work on post‑acquisition transactions, including portfolio M&A, refinancings, dispositions and value‑enhancement projects. They support strategy and execution of platform company initiatives and work closely with deal teams and portfolio company senior management. Analysts regularly attend internal meetings, business reviews and strategy sessions.

- Optimizing reporting processes across portfolio
- Supporting development of strategy and operational plans
- Developing key thematic views and sector theses
