Programme Description
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
Job Description
Summer Analysts in Private Credit Strategies gain exposure and participate in a wide range of European Credit transactions and assist with our existing portfolio of investments, providing impactful insight and analysis to key internal and external stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Chief Investment Officers and investors. Prior internship experience in investment banking, private credit or equivalent is desirable, but not necessary.
Responsibilities may include:
- Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling
- Market research and benchmarking against market and macroeconomic conditions
- Competitive analysis
- Development of presentations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
- Drafting of investment memoranda for internal and external use
- Analysis and modelling of deal performance
- Leading individual research projects, focused on specific industries or companies
Qualifications

Requirements
To be considered for the 2027 Summer Analyst Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
