Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”) is a leading credit investor focusing on direct lending, opportunistic credit, private investment grade, asset‑based lending, infrastructure credit, and liquid credit & collateralized loan obligations. The Private Credit Strategies team works on a wide range of European credit transactions and supports our existing portfolio of investments. As an off‑cycle intern you will be expected to play a significant and integral role in deal teams, assisting with screening, analysing and structuring investment opportunities, attending internal and external meetings, negotiations, due diligence sessions, and more.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence, financial analysis and modelling.
- Conduct market research and benchmark against market and macroeconomic conditions.
- Perform competitive analysis.
- Develop presentations.
- Assist in the execution of transactions.
- Draft investment memoranda for internal and external use.
- Analyse and model deal performance.
- Lead individual research projects focused on specific industries or companies.

Requirements
