Role Overview
The Senior Vice President, Head of Global Corporate Services (GCS) for EMEA will lead the delivery of corporate real estate, workplace services, facilities management, capital projects, sustainability, and workplace experience across the EMEA region. The role co‑reports to the Global Heads of Corporate Real Estate & Strategy (CRES) and Administrative Services (AS) and is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery aligned with global standards in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. We are seeking a full‑time employee to join us in our London office. This leader will oversee a local team that administers a broad outsourced service model, manage complex regional initiatives, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and best‑in‑class workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Strategy
- Lead regional CRES delivery and ensure alignment with global GCS strategy and standards
- Oversee lease administration, real estate transactions, and coordination with Finance and PMO partners
- Partner with business and firm leadership on headcount planning and space forecasting
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of integrated workplace management system (IWMS) data, space planning, and workplace utilization strategies
- Facilities Management
- Lead internal and third‑party Integrated Facilities Management (FM) teams across the EMEA portfolio
- Drive operational excellence, optimize responsiveness, proactive preventive maintenance, service performance, and SLA/KPI compliance
- Manage IFM vendor performance, IFM sub‑vendor risk management & contract negotiation, and overall ongoing contract performance management
- Capital Projects – Design & Construction
- Manage with in house team end‑to‑end leadership for regional capital projects, from programming through delivery
- Oversee design quality, cost, schedule, and compliance with corporate and local standards
- Lead contractor and consultant procurement, negotiation, and governance
- Drive best practices in project delivery, vendor management, stakeholder relations, and design innovation
- Sustainability
- Represent EMEA within the global GCS sustainability framework
- Ensure regional compliance with statutory sustainability and reporting requirements
- Embed sustainability objectives into capital projects and workplace operations
- Advance regional sustainability governance, reporting, and process maturity
- Workplace Experience
- Lead all workplace experience services, including reception, hospitality, food & beverage, events, venue management and office services throughout EMEA at the highest standards to support business performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive food service and dining program with governance oversight, culinary innovation, food and safety and delivery.
- Act as primary relationship manager for Sr internal clients and service partners
- Ensure compliance and lead occupational health and safety as it relates to GCS
- Financial & Vendor Management
- Manage regional budgets, re‑billing, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Quickly develop, nurture & maintain critical relationships with Finance, Legal and Human Resources teams in region
- Quickly oversee purchasing, invoicing, and vendor performance reviews
- Identify efficiencies while maintaining service quality and brand standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior global corporate services or corporate real estate leadership roles (experience with global financial firms is desirable.)
- Strong background in capital project delivery, facilities management, workplace strategy and hospitality
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑country operations within EMEA
- Proven ability to partner with and manage outsourced service models
- Strong commercial acumen, including vendor negotiation and performance management
- Demonstrated willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done
- Excellent leadership, proactive communication, and stakeholder & senior leadership management skills
- Highest integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to routinely operate effectively under pressure and fluid business environment
- Advanced proficiency in corporate services specific platforms; included but not limited to IWMS platforms, project management tools, event/room booking tools, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required).
