Government Relations is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their EMEA team, based in London. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting the function of the Government Relations team in Europe.
Overview
The role is based in London and supports the Government Relations team in Europe by delivering comprehensive administrative and coordination support to senior stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments and coordinating with other assistants
- Answer calls and act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and directing enquiries appropriately
- Book conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics; register guests using the visitor management system
- Prepare and submit detailed corporate expense reports, including receipt tracking and reimbursement follow-up
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, visas, ground transport, hotels, etc.)
- Process expenses via Concur, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company policy
- Support a variety of bespoke projects, including event planning, strategic operations, and process improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
