BXG focuses on providing capital to companies seeking to manage the execution risks associated with high‑growth environments.

• Three to five years (3‑5) of investing experience with significant exposure to the technology sector OR MBA 2026 graduate with two to four (2‑4) years of investing experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical toolkit and modelling skillset.
• Confident and sociable, comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Team player, strong work ethic and a genuine desire to work in Growth.
• Proactivity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the sectors in which Blackstone Growth invests.

The successful candidate will hold a true mid‑level position. Senior Associates are expected to bridge the gap between the four senior team members and five junior team members. BXG has a built‑out origination engine; this position will have a skew toward execution, given deal volume and appetite to deploy is high. The team expects applicants to be a quarterback on deals, taking on responsibilities such as running a full DD process and owning portion of legal workstreams. Additional responsibilities will include the management of Associates and Analysts. There is ample opportunity to take on more responsibility as the team is lean, and, as investment professionals in all teams at Blackstone collaborate to help other teams with investment prospects, so there is an opportunity to gain exposure to other teams.
