The BXCI Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the credit platform. The Associate will support forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with investment teams, senior management, investor relations, and finance partners across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance BXCI's operating and fund models to support firmwide forecasts and projections, incorporating cash flows across products and strategies.
  • Support individual fund models, including updates for investment activity, performance, and projections.
  • Partner with investment teams on PM reporting, fund analyses, and ad hoc requests.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on BXCI's financial performance for senior leadership.
  • Assist with AUM reporting and related analyses.
  • Support financial and segment reporting processes, including coordination with broader Blackstone finance and consolidation teams.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and materials requested by senior management.
  • Liaise with investor relations on new product development and reporting needs.
  • Support technology and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects aligned with the needs of senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, FP&A, asset management, or a related financial role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptionally strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
