Programme Description
The 2027 Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience that provides extensive exposure across Blackstone, mentorship, technical and soft‑skill training, networking, and full immersion in the firm’s culture.
Job Description
Summer Analysts work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities. They engage in all phases of the investment process—from initiation to close—and perform a variety of tasks across multiple assignments, taking integral roles on deal teams.
Summer Analyst Work May Include:
- Industry and thematic research and competitive analysis
- Financial analysis, valuation, and modelling
- Execution of transactions, including meetings and interactions with management teams as part of the due diligence process
- Providing overall support to the investment team
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Benefits
Summer Analysts will not be eligible to participate in Blackstone’s health and other insurance benefit programs.
