2027 Blackstone Real Estate Partners Summer Analyst – Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Core+ (London)
Blackstone Real Estate partners deliver returns through opportunistic investment, value creation and financing across the continent. The Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience that immerses participants in deal-making, asset management, financing and portfolio operations, providing mentorship, technical training and networking opportunities.

Real Estate Acquisitions
The Acquisitions Group originates, underwrites and executes real‑estate investment opportunities. As a Summer Analyst, you will work on deals across Europe covering companies, portfolios and individual assets.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to develop new investment theses.
- Prepare valuation models, LBO analyses, memos and presentations for ongoing opportunities.
- Assist with due diligence, negotiation, execution, financing and structuring of live transactions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Asset Management, Legal & Compliance and Capital Markets.
- Attend site tours, internal and external meetings and expert sessions.
- Prepare and present a view on key drivers, risks and opportunities of potential transactions.
Real Estate Asset Management
The Asset Management Group drives post‑acquisition value creation, setting business plans and executing transactions to monetize investments.
- Build portfolio models to manage operational real‑estate assets.
- Collaborate with senior management to set business plans and drive performance.
- Conduct market research and analyse value‑creation initiatives, such as capital expenditure projects.
- Execute transactions including refinancings, recapitalisations and dispositions (public IPOs and private market sales).
Real Estate Capital Markets
The Capital Markets Group leads all debt capital initiatives for Blackstone’s real‑estate investments.
- Perform financial analysis, modelling and market research to support financing transactions.
- Prepare internal presentations, reports and marketing materials to solicit financing.
- Collaborate with Acquisitions and Asset Management to guide pricing and terms.
- Assist with negotiation and execution of financing transactions.
Real Estate Core+
The Core+ Group focuses on strategy and management of Blackstone Property Partners Europe and the Blackstone European Property Income Fund.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, capital markets, finance and compliance teams.
- Support due diligence, tax structuring, debt and hedging strategies and investor materials.
- Monitor acquisition pipeline, investment results and portfolio performance.
- Track operating and financial data, maintain liquidity analysis and update fund models.
- Assist with quarterly reporting to LPs, marketing materials and stakeholder presentations.
- Interface with internal teams including fund operations, accounting, legal, tax and compliance.
