The Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience that provides exposure across the firm and mentorship.
Programme Description
The Summer Analyst Program offers extensive exposure across real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries and hedge funds. Participants receive mentorship, technical and soft‑skill training, and networking opportunities, and immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Job Description
As a Summer Analyst in the Private Equity group, you will engage in the direct acquisition of large and midsized companies worldwide, developing both investment banking and management consulting skills. You will be involved in all aspects of projects and work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Role responsibilities include:
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Investment research
- Competitive analysis
- Developing investment committee presentations
- Assisting in transaction execution
- Drafting memoranda for internal and external use
- Communicating with portfolio company senior management
