Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
Blackstone’s Private Wealth Summer Analyst program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling analysts to gain exposure to all aspects of private wealth business. The analyst role is focused on supporting several areas of Blackstone Private Wealth in capacities ranging from fund development, marketing, capital raising to product management, client servicing and business analytics.
Summer Analyst work may include:
- Supporting our client management teams with fund due diligence, onboarding, market intelligence and fundraising
- Analyzing business/market trends and providing targeted prospecting guidance to sales and service teams
- Collaborating across various Blackstone business units to drive and support Private Wealth initiatives and activities
- Presenting projects, analysis, and key insights to senior management

- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2027
