Off Cycle interns are generalists and participate in all aspects of projects and can expect to work on a number of assignments at one time. Off-Cycle interns in Insurance Strategy and Solutions will participate in a wide range of European insurance related projects, conducting asset allocation and risk modeling analysis, supporting the team with insurance client engagements and preparing impactful insurance strategy presentations and research papers. Off-cycle interns will work closely across the team and the broader Blackstone Insurance Asset Allocation and investment teams globally.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Research and prepare analyses and content on insurance market trends, peer analysis and regulatory updates
  • Participate in client projects, and assist the team on client analysis and responding to client requests
  • Contribute to and maintain the financial models and frameworks for portfolio optimisation and insurance asset allocation
  • Collaborate with internal teams including investments, products and relationship managers
  • Develop a strong understanding of asset classes offered through the Blackstone Credit & Insurance platform

To be considered for the H2 2026 Off-Cycle Intern position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student or having just graduated
  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade and should be in PDF format
  • Must be able to start between September/October 2026 and be available for up to six months
