We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and proactive Pastoral Lead to join our team at our Schools. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our provision, supporting the wellbeing, personal development and success of our students many of whom have complex needs, SEND profiles, or barriers to learning.
About the Role
As our Pastoral Lead, you will play a central role in creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, parents/carers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure every young person feels supported, valued and heard. Your work will include:
- Providing daily pastoral and wellbeing support
- Offering conflict resolution, mediation and de-briefs
- Delivering 1:1 interventions and tutorials
