Van Driver (3.5T) – Telford

Location: Telford Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary/Ongoing Start: Immediate

Blackstone Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client based in Telford.

Duties

  • Driving a 3.5T van to complete local and regional deliveries.
  • Loading and unloading goods where required.
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
  • Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
  • Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where applicable.
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
  • Complying with all road traffic legislation and company policies.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Category B).
  • Minimum 12 months' commercial van driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions).
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks.
  • A reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
