Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Guildford, Surrey Salary: Β£100 – 110 per day Contract type: Contract or Permanent Start date: Immediately This school is a new specialist school and part of the wider trust. Our provision is primarily autism-focused rather than a typical SEMH provision, although, as you would expect within a specialist setting, our pupils present with a range of additional needs. As a new school, we are still developing and growing our provision, so this is a particularly good opportunity for the right people to join us at an early stage and contribute to how our curriculum, classroom practice and wider school community develop. At this stage, I'd be interested in hearing from you about your experience that you currently have available, particularly those with experience working within specialist SEN settings and with pupils with autism. Teaching Assistants Alongside the teaching requirements, I am also looking to strengthen our TA staffing and would be interested in hearing about: strong SEN TAs available for permanent or long-term positions experienced staff available for regular daily supply TAs with experience of pupils with autism, complex needs, communication needs and/or behaviours that challenge reliable individuals who could become part of our supply for our school, rather than different staff being sent each day Please contact Mathure for further information.
