Blackstone Recruitment is working with a Private organisation that is recruiting a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join their clinic and school based team based in West London. This is a permanent job to start in January 2026.
Job Summary
The postholder will work independently in managing their own clinical caseload and will be expected to work collaboratively with children, parents/carers, and colleagues in Education, in the planning and delivery of effective services to children and young people in the clinic in Shepherd’s Bush and into schools/education settings in West London. The postholder will also work collaboratively with an Occupational Therapist to set up and deliver groups in the community for autistic children and young people. They will possess specialist skills or developing specialist skills in supporting autistic children and young people, and will be familiar with and promote a neuro-affirming approach to delivering support. The post holder will provide clinical education and training to speech and language therapy students and provide clinical supervision and support to more junior SLTs and SLTAs within the practice. They will participate in, and may lead, clinical audit and team projects to support quality assurance and evidence-based practice. They will contribute to the development of service policies, procedures, and resources to ensure effective, consistent, and equitable delivery across settings.
