Full job description Overview Care Angels is looking for an experienced (Registered Manager for 16 plus leaving care), passionate/skilled and child focussed to join our dynamic team and oversee and manage our new supported accommodation services. As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our young people, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support. Responsibilities: * Provide overall leadership and direction for our supported accommodation services * Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and other relevant legislation * Oversee the development, implementation, and review of person-centred care plans * Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing access to training, supervision, and performance management * Collaborate with external agencies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery * Maintain accurate records, documentation, and management information systems * Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance reviews * Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client outcomes Qualifications and Experience: * Registration with Ofsted children’s residential home as a Registered Manager is required. * · Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or a willingness to work towards this *…
