Contract: Permanent, Term-time (39 weeks), 37.5 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging, personalised learning to small groups or on a 1:1 basis across hubs within your locality.
  • Adapt activities and curriculum content to meet the needs of young people with a wide range of SEN.
  • Build positive, nurturing relationships and advocate for learners’ needs.
  • Involve learners and their families in planning, decision-making, and progress reviews.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies to maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Support assessments, progress tracking, report writing, and EHCP-related documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with Learning Managers to gather information and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to curriculum development within your subject area and actively engage in CPD.
  • Carry out additional duties reasonable for the role as directed by your line manager.

Please note: This role requires regular travel between sites. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
