Job Title: Placements Manager – North West Salary: up to £33,280 Per Year Category: Business Development Position Type: FTC Full-Time Location: Remote - Home Based Hours: 40 Hours per week Additional Information: Fixed Term Contract 12 months to cover maternity leave Key Responsibilities Working closely with service teams, Business Development Managers and senior leaders, the Placements Manager is responsible for supporting, and sometimes leading on, parent enquiries, referrals, placements and tribunal-related activity across The Education Group, helping to maximise appropriate placement opportunities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You will act as a professional first point of contact for parents, carers, local authorities, ICBs and other external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries and referrals are handled sensitively, accurately and progressed efficiently through to placement where appropriate. You will support the end-to-end referral and placement process, including EHCP conversions, tribunal coordination, placement meetings, annual reviews and other placement-related activity. As a central source of placements information, you will keep Zoho and other relevant systems accurate and up to date, maintaining clear records of referrals, placements, tribunal activity, stakeholder contacts, correspondence and follow-up actions.
