Blackstone Recruitment is working with a private organisation that is recruiting a Clinical Services Manager to join their Speech and language therapy team based in Central London. This is a Permanent job to start ASAP.
Job Summary
- The Senior Manager provides strong clinical leadership and operational oversight. The role balances high-quality clinical practice with strategic, financial, and people management responsibilities, ensuring services are safe, effective, financially sustainable, and aligned with the company’s ethos, values, and business plan.
- The post holder acts as a senior clinical leader, role model, and decision-maker, supporting managers, therapists, and the wider leadership team to deliver excellent outcomes for clients while meeting productivity and performance expectations.

Working as a Speech therapist across their schools and clinics in Central London (such as Stratford, Clapham, Belgravia).
Job Specifics
- Salary: £58,000 - £64,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 2 - 5 days per week (flexible with a job share)
- Contract Type: Permanent job
Essential Requirements
- HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
- Significant post-qualification clinical experience up to Consultant level
- Experience in a leadership, management, or senior clinical role
- Strong understanding of service delivery, productivity, and KPIs
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Confidence managing complexity, competing priorities, and difficult conversations
Desirable
- Experience in an independent or commissioned therapy service
- Experience managing managers or senior clinicians
- Financial awareness and experience contributing to service planning and budgets
