We are seeking an experienced Behaviour & Pastoral Mentorto join our new school and amazing team in Croydon.
At this School, we are dedicated to meeting the academic, therapeutic, and vocational needs of our students. Our mission is to create, adapt, and implement functional curricula necessary to meet the diverse individual needs of our student population and increase current and future independence.
Hours: 38.5 per week Full time – Term time only (salary not pro rata)
38 weeks per year term time
You will be required to work under the direction of the Headteacher:
Work with mentors and the Senior Leadership Team in creating lasting improvement in the quality of provision through leading on behaviour and positive handling with professionalism and high expectations.
To contribute to the development and improvement of school life for all pupils through effective behaviour and positive handling procedures
Please note that this is illustrative of the general nature and level of responsibility of the role. It is not a comprehensive list of all tasks that the Behaviour & Pastoral Mentor will carry out. The post holder may be required to do other duties appropriate to the level of the role, as directed by the Headteacher.
