We are seeking to employ an efficient, active and resourceful Security Officer for a school. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to make a real impression and shape a role within the school. We are looking for a candidate who will promote the health, safety and welfare of school employees, learners and visitors. It’s a full-time permanent Monday to Friday job and alternative Sundays as well. The job will be approximately 55 plus hours per week.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- A valid enhanced DBS, so you are able to work with children
- Experience of working on school site is preferred
- 5 years checkable work history
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety of all students and school staff at all times
- Positive, approachable attitude
- Good spoken and written English
Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to have a positive approachable attitude, be well-presented and have clear communication skills.
