Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Inverness
Inverness | Hybrid Role | Monday to Friday | £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has become available for a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established hearing care provider in the Inverness area.
This hybrid position offers an excellent balance of clinic and community work, with 2 days each week based in clinic and 3 days visiting patients in their own homes. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients while benefiting from the variety, independence and flexibility that field-based work provides.

The Role
The successful candidate will provide a full range of hearing care services, including:
- Comprehensive hearing assessments
- Hearing aid fittings and programming
- Follow-up appointments and ongoing aftercare
- Hearing aid servicing, maintenance and adjustments
- Providing expert advice and education on hearing health
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding patient experience
The role combines the structure and support of a clinic environment with the flexibility of community-based appointments, allowing clinicians to provide truly patient-centred care across the Inverness region.
About You
Applicants should have:
- HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, professional and patient-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
- A full UK driving licence
