A well-established optical provider is seeking qualified, GOC-registered Optometrists who are committed to placing the patient at the centre of everything they do. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical care while developing strong relationships with patients and branch teams. Suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists, this position plays a key role in supporting branch performance and delivering exceptional eye care within the local community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, allowing thorough patient care within 30-minute test slots
- Use clinical judgement to diagnose and manage a wide range of eye health conditions
- Provide tailored advice on spectacle and contact lens options to meet individual patient needs
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring a positive experience at every visit
- Work closely with branch teams to support business growth and high standards of service delivery
- Participate in local enhanced service schemes and support pre-registration supervision where applicable
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products and industry developments through ongoing CPD
