Hearing Aid Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Colchester
£40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission and bonus opportunities

BlackSquare is recruiting an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist to join an established private hearing healthcare provider, visiting patients in their own homes across Colchester.
You’ll deliver personalised hearing care while building lasting patient relationships, with support from a designated diary coordinator and an experienced management team.

The role
You’ll support patients throughout their hearing care journey, from initial assessment and recommendation through to aftercare and ongoing support.
Your responsibilities will include:

Completing comprehensive hearing assessments and recommending and selling appropriate hearing solutions based on individual needs.

Providing professional aftercare and responding promptly to service enquiries.

Maintaining accurate audiograms and patient records on the company’s clinical management system, with daily synchronisation.

Following company consultation procedures, HCPC standards and BSHAA guidance.

Maintaining your clinical knowledge and skills through continuing professional development.
About you
You’ll combine a caring, professional approach with confidence in recommending hearing solutions and an aptitude for sales.
You’ll need:

A recognised Hearing Aid Dispenser qualification and current HCPC registration.

BSHAA membership, or a willingness to become a member.

Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Confidence using clinical software and audiometry equipment.

Good organisation and time-management skills.

A current driving licence.
Working hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Some flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
