Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, allowing thorough patient care within 30-minute test slots
  • Use clinical judgement to diagnose and manage a wide range of eye health conditions
  • Provide tailored advice on spectacle and contact lens options to meet individual patient needs
  • Build and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring a positive experience at every visit
  • Work closely with branch teams to support business growth and high standards of service delivery
  • Participate in local enhanced service schemes and support pre-registration supervision where applicable
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products and industry developments through ongoing CPD
