A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full-time Optometrist to join an established independent optical practice in Alton, Hampshire.

The Role
- Full-time, permanent position
- 38.875 hours per week
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens appointments and other specialist appointments such as dry eye, where appropriately qualified
- Provide patients with professional advice on visual health, lifestyle factors and preventative care
- Work closely with Dispensing Opticians and support staff to ensure a smooth patient journey
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with GOC and professional standards
- Utilise specialist diagnostic equipment including OCT, fundus camera, tonometry and visual fields
- Contribute to clinical governance and quality assurance processes
- Support the continued growth of the practice through excellent patient care and communication
- Maintain and develop clinical knowledge through CPD and ongoing professional development
