Optical & Sales Administrator – Central London We’re looking for a friendly, organised Optical & Sales Administrator to join a small, growing team in the City of Westminster. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll support both retail and online operations, helping customers find the right eyewear and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online Guide customers through frame and lens selection Accurately take optical measurements Respond to enquiries via email and phone Maintain customer records and support outreach efforts Oversee store presentation, stock levels, and admin Support store opening/closing and weekend shifts What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in optical sales or dispensing Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organised, and target-driven Comfortable with tech tools and multitasking Interest in sustainability and circular design Able to work Saturdays or Sundays (essential) What You’ll Get ~ Free eyewear and friends/family discounts ~ Central London location ~28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) ~ Team days and a collaborative work environment
