We’re looking for a Wholesale Assistant to join a fast-growing team, working across multiple brands. We currently wholesale worldwide across five continents, alongside a growing B2B platform supplying businesses directly.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll support the day-to-day running of wholesale and B2B operations, while helping the business stay organised as it scales. As a small team, everyone owns their workflow and collaborates closely across departments. Your work will have a direct and visible impact.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with clear exposure to how the wider business operates. While the role requires independence and confidence, you’ll be given the time and support to fully understand processes and detail before being expected to take ownership.
This role suits someone who is confident in their work and comfortable managing their workload independently.
You’ll be expected to:
- Prioritise effectively and adapt when timelines or processes change
- Identify issues early, problem-solve, and implement practical solutions
- Maintain fast, clear day-to-day communication while keeping longer-term priorities in view
- Understand the annual wholesale and B2B critical path and flag risks or pressure points early
- Help the wider team avoid last-minute firefighting wherever possible
Key responsibilities
- Wholesale
- Support the creation of seasonal wholesale sales materials
- Assist with gathering and managing wholesale orders (UK and international)
- Support the submission of supplier purchase orders
- Provide effective aftercare and ongoing support to distributors, agents, and retailers
- Help identify and build a pipeline of prospective B2B customers
- Manage customer expectations and assist with order-related queries
- Support the rollout and ongoing management of B2B communications and marketing, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and well written
About you
- Highly organised, fast, and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Confident gathering, analysing, and interpreting data
- Proficient in Excel
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers, international partners, agents, and independent businesses
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
